your computer system so no manual entry of roll data is necessary.
October and school commission data is automatically updated, which
warrant/check reconciliation and distribution is handled with ease.
The software even allows you to accept partial payments and credit
card payments.
Property tax and parcel information is available by
a wide range of criteria and easily accessed through handy lookup
features. Meanwhile, Trustee reports are extensive, from monthly
and yearly Trustee reports that can be printed in name, receipt,
or parcel number order. Tax aggregate auditing and reporting features
are thorough, and the Trustee system offers the ability to transfer
delinquent tax information to the State and to the Clerk & Master
on disc.
As an additional feature, the Trustee system offers
Positive Pay Verification to counties using straight checking procedures.
Positive Pay Verification serves as check-fraud protection, allowing
the Trustee's office and local banks to communicate closely regarding
which checks are legitimate to cash.

the basic Trustee package:

in other county offices
