This happens when the letter is set for a color printer and you are not using a color printer. To correct this, you need to go to Letters, Edit Letter, Choose Marginal Balance and highlight <<Balance:T>>, click on the AA (Font Style and Color) button and change the color to black. When you close this out, answer yet to save

On the Student Query Screen, change the status from Active to "Closed" or "Any Status" by clicking on the check box under "Active" (This is just to the left of the "Big Q" on your screen) After you change this, you should be able to query on the student in question and then you can click on the Close/Activate tab again to change it back to Active.

This is fine. How many diskettes it takes to do your backkup depends on how many students you have and how much history you have kept on your system. Each day you are adding more data on students, so it is not unusual to have to start using additional diskettes.

In ScMP32, go to Maintenance, Print User Cards and then put in the child’s keypad number in for the "from" and "to" keypad number. This will only print a card for this child.

You have to exit out of ScMP32 and go back in and turn the POS off and back on for the change to take effect.

Go to the Administrator menu and choose User Card Design. You can click and drag the "keypad number" (Skpad) field over to the left to make more room for it to fit on the card when printer. You can make other changes to the card in this menu option.

Go to Report Center and click on the report that you need to print during the Day End Process to highlight it and then choose the button at the bottom that says, Save To Day End.
Turn the POS off and check all the connections to make sure everything is plugged incorrectly and then turn it back on. If you still get the message turn off the POS again, exit out of ScMP32 and shut the computer down and bring it back up. Go back into your ScMP32 program and then you can turn the POS back on. If this does not correct the problem, you will need to contact LGDPC.

In the Free and Reduced menu, go to F1 Free & Reduced, F4 View Changes and key in the date. After viewing you can press F7 to print.

In the Free and Reduced Menu, go to F1 Free & Reduced, F4 Reports and Letters, F5 Eligibility Notification, and key in the date and TR for Temp Reduced. Key in the household number to get just a letter for this household.
