Check
the control date on the names you are trying to print.
Be sure you are putting the exact same date in the information screen
for the venire list. It should
now print.
Look
up the name in question under Reports, Name Index List and look for the control
date in the bottom right of the screen.
Then, back to the Jury Selection menu, go under Other Maintenance,
Control File, and make sure the control dates you see are including the control
date you just saw on the Name Index List.
If not, you will need to change the control date range.

The
printer setting needs to be 6lpi (lines per inch) in order for them to line
up correctly.
Under
Jury, go to 4. Reports and select either Venire list civil or criminal. Fill
in the requested information, then select "File", not "print",
and enter the printer path for the printer you are using. The most common
printer paths are the following:
If
your printer number is "01", type /dev/lp0
If
it is "02", type /dev/tty1a
If
it is "03", type /dev/tty2a
Call
the Department of Safety at 615-251-5154. Request that the file be sent to
Local Government, 714 Armstrong Lane, Columbia, TN 38401. We will then format
the file and send it on to you.
Before
running the Clean up name file option, please make sure you will not be needing
these names again, because they will be deleted completely from your name
index. You will find the Clean Up Name File under number two, Name Index in
the Jury Selection software. Since you will be entering a control date to
purge by, you may want to scroll the Name Index List (under number four, B-Name
Index List) to find one of the names you are wanting to delete and look down
in the right hand corner to find the control date.
The
cards should be 3" x 6".
