This report takes a long time to run. It has several files to go through and may seem to be frozen when it is actually searching through the files for all of the cases that need to be reported.

Usually there is something about a ticket number that causes this error. The first thing you want to do is write down the ticket number the process stopped on. This is not necessarily the ticket causing the problem, but it could be the one before or after the one causing the problem. The next thing is to scan the report and make sure the ticket numbers are the same lengths. Sometimes a county ticket will be picked up for some reason and stop this process. Also, a good idea is to go into the cases under Docket Handler and look at the filing screen. Make sure the ticket number is correct. The same ticket number being on two different cases can also cause the problem. If you call LGDPC customer support on this, we will probably have you fax the disposition report.

You can do one suspension, one withdrawal and one disposition file each day (until the date is changed to the next day). The reason for this is when you create a traffic file, it labels that file by the user date you are currently on. This is an example of a suspension file run on 12/31: DSSP1231.001. If you do another file of the same type while you are on the same user date, it will copy over the previous file.
