In the Voter Menu, go to Elections, Reports, and Election History. Select the Election, Precinct, District Precinct, All Voters and Totals Only.

Build a sort file by selecting Location and tagging the location needed. You will also need to select City Election Voter and tag it as Yes. You can then print the signature listing by sort file. This should give you the listing you need.

In the Voter Menu, go to: 1) Maint., H) Miscellaneous, 3)Jury, A) Jury Selection File, B) Continue with New File
F2 look-up at Device and select 3 1/2 Zip File and select "User Selection" (This allows you to chose the number that you want to increment by)
The "Beginning Number" is the voter that you want to start with.
"Increment By" is how many voters you want to skip between voters. ( exp every 6 voters) (picks up 6,12,18,24 etc.)
"Total Number" is the total number of voters to select for the jury file.

Building the sort file using the absentee code and election number will give you this information.

Look at the election history and make sure that all the voters have an election type selected; if not, this is why the voter poll report has incorrect totals.

You cannot set up a city and county election together. These have to be set up as separate elections
