1. Take the printer offline using the select button.
2. Press the Print (quiet) button once. Printer should print MENU MODE on the paper.
3. To print the entire menu, press the Print (quiet) button again.
4. To advance through the Group menus press the group button until the correct group setting is printed.
5. To advance through an Item within a Group press the Item button until the correct item is printed.
6. To change a setting press the Set button until the correct setting is printed
7. To save the settings and exit the menu mode, press the Select button.
8. Advance the paper, removing all printed pages.
9. To clear printer memory of all paper advances, park and form feed the paper.
1. Enter the menu mode by pressing the Shift and Select buttons simultaneously.
2. Ensure the Menu light is on, if not repeat holding Shift while pressing Select.
3. To print the entire menu, press the print (quiet) button again.

6. To change a setting press the Set button until the correct setting is printed

1. Take the printer off-line.
2. Press the EXIT (setup) button.
3. Press the TOF SET (right arrow) button until the parameter 7 “SETUP LISTING” is displayed.
4. Press the M.RLF (down arrow) button until “ALL SETUP” is displayed.
5. Press the ENTER (bin) button and this will print out the entire setup menu
6. The menu can be navigated using the above buttons.
