Wayne Phillips

Technical Services Manager, has been with LGC since January of 1997.

"I married my high school sweetheart, Denita, prior to our senior year in college. Denita is a 4th grade teacher and we have 2 daughters, Jessica and Kris Ann. Jessica and Kris Ann enjoy being cheerleaders, playing sports, reading and vacations. Our favorite vacation spot is Disney World. The field staff are the face of the company, the people our customers get to see and recognize so being able to interact with our customers on a daily basis and building a rapport with them is the most rewarding part of my job. I have two wonderful kids, Nick who thinks our cats are his personal pillows and Kayla who is an honor roll student at Caywood. I am a football fanatic, and I play online games. Interacting with customers is the most rewarding part of my job. At the end of the day if the customer is pleased with the job I did and the way I conducted myself while in their office, to me is it's own reward.

My wife, Cecelia of 37 years, and I have a son and two daughters. We have eight grandchildren all of whom I adore. Each one is my favorite.

In my free time I enjoy doing a little bass fishing in the summer time. In the Winter I just hibernate and wait for Spring.
